If you or someone you know has mental retardation or a developmental disability, you may be eligible for services through the Georgia Department of Human Resources’ Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Addictive Diseases (DMHDDAD). To find out if someone is eligible for MR/DD funded services, an individual must complete an application for services and go through the screening process. To get an application, you may call:
