Georgia Options pays above the industry standard. Our DSP’s start off at $12-$17 per hour depending on the position and qualifications.
After 3 months, full time employees earn up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off per year. All DSP’s get paid time and a half for the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
All employees who work 30 hours or more are eligible for health insurance including vision and dental.
